Video Content & Photography Proposal

Hi Prentiss,

After reviewing your content and getting to know you a little better I have a new photography and video content proposal I’d like to share. My intention with this is to capture your vision of entrepreneur, influential business owner, father, and inspiring person from a small town that has accomplished so much despite your circumstances. I think we need a very particular photography angle as well as video so that it comes off elevated but also accessible. Given our slow start with you PH brand as a result of our lack of content I am going to give you the video shoot complimentary so that we can get it done asap and continue the momentum we just started.

The proposal below is with my photographer and my team. I added a portfolio of elevated images that would have a great parallel. There is no wiggle room with the budget as there are many parties involved in executing this vision.

Prior to this videography session both the team and Prentiss will prepare and narrow down styling choices as well as video topics. The main goal will be to have content to use on the PH brand that aligns with positioning.

Photoshoot that includes headshots, images with your son, lifestyle, and some stock images without you

Provide high resolution images for your future website and social media

Project Scope

3 hour photoshoot on location

What’s Included:

In our photoshoot process, the client experience and the ease of execution are our priority. We ensure preparedness prior to the photoshoot by auditing the clothes being worn by the client. We communicate before hand by providing a detailed itinerary and a rundown sheet of what to expect the day of the photoshoot. On the day of the photoshoot, Karen, one of our carefully curated photographers, and an onsite assistant will be present. Social media behind the scenes content is captured and provided to the client post photoshoot. The client’s edited images are delivered 3 weeks after the photoshoot.
