Hi Cheryl,

After thinking about your consulting practice and chatting with you Friday I have 2 proposals below like we discussed. Like I mentioned I am excited about getting some great photos of you in Franklin and starting the foundation of a solid website that will save you time and support you in choosing what this next season looks like.

Our Goal

Provide clear images that support the work you will be doing

Photoshoot that includes headshots, stock images, and lifestyle

Provide high resolution images for your website and Linkedin

Project Scope

  • 1.5 hour photoshoot on location

What’s Included:

In our photoshoot process, the client experience and the ease of execution are our priority. We ensure preparedness prior to the photoshoot by auditing the clothes being worn by the client. We communicate before hand by providing a detailed itinerary and a rundown sheet of what to expect the day of the photoshoot. On the day of the photoshoot, Karen, one of our carefully curated photographers, will be present. The client’s edited images are delivered 3 weeks after the photoshoot.

In summary:

  • Detailed itinerary of what to expect the day of the photoshoot

  • Communication leading up to the photoshoot

  • Styling and pre photoshoot planning with Karen

  • 25-50 edited images

  • Onsite creative direction by Karen

  • Franklin locations

  • Props: such as coffee, food, any items needed for shoot.

Total Investment:

  • $900

Payment Plan:

  • 50% Deposit

  • 3-4 Weeks
